How much cost will it take when we started using tebole online booking system?

We have two different payment options.
[1] $3 / booking
[2] $70 / month
If you want to use SMS confirmation system, it will cost +$10 + 10c * SMS

Can I control the amount of booking?

[A]
Yes, you can define the number of tables that your restaurant have and booking would be rejected if all the table have bookings. Also you can control the numbers of groups on each time span.

It is impossible to check booking mails when we are in the operating period, can I control not to accept while operating hours?

[A]
Yes, you can control the time when you stop today’s booking.
*hours before service
*hours before visit
After that, we do not accept any booking for today.

Can we joint the table for large group of customers?

[A]
Yes, you can define the joint table information on tebole.
You can accept large group of customers on jointed table from online.

Can we keep some tables for special customers?

[A]
Yes, you can define each tables bookable online or not.
If you set a table not bookable online, tebole never set online customer for that table.

We do not want assign 2 people for table for 4.

You can define the number of minimum people for each table.
tebole reject to book under the number of minimum people.

Are there any way to show Notes, Term & conditions to customer who is going to book?
[A]
tebole has two text places to show customers when they book.
1 for booking notes, 1 for Term & conditions.
Customer need to check agree for Term & conditions when they book.

Can I select the time when the table can book?

[A]
On each table, you can choose the time when the table can book.
For example, you can make the table that can book only 6:00pm and 8:00pm.

Can I stop online booking specific date because of function?

[A]
Of course, just check “Online Booking Disabled” button on Dashboard – List.
More over, you can open online booking to the specific date the day normally holiday.

No show is the serious problem for online booking. Are there any function to confirm booking to customer?

[A]
tebole can send Email and/or SMS to the customer who booked your restaurant.
You can choose customers from Dashboard – List screen and send confirmation mail by one click.
