- Booking Requests such as seating preferences are not guaranteed. Please include highchairs/prams/wheelchairs in the total party size and make a note in the booking;
- 15% surcharge applies on public holidays;
- There is a 2 hours dine-in time limit from booking time for dinner bookings before 7:30pm;
- Bookings will only be held for 15mins;
- Our online booking for the day will close 4:00pm. Should you wish to make bookings for the same day after our booking system is closed, please contact us by calling our shop or email us at kanpaiperth@gmail.com;
- You should receive a booking confirmation email. If you don’t, please check your spam email or check with us if your booking did go through;
- Please do check on your booking confirmation email you have booked for the correct date. In case there is any error to your booking date, please call our shop or email us ASAP at kanpaiperth@gmail.com to correct the booking;
-Kindly note that we are fully licensed venue and no BYO alcohol or other beverages are allowed;
-If you have any allergies, please do contact us ahead before making bookings to check if we can accomodate your dietary requirements;
