Please check your phone number is correct. We will send a message to your phone TWO DAYS BEFORE your reservation to confirm. Unfortunately, if you do not reply via SMS or phone by 2pm one day before of your reservation, your booking will be cancelled.

15% surcharge applies to all accounts on public holidays.

After completion please check your email and junk folder for notification that your booking was successful, this email could take up to 1 hour to reach you. (If you do not receive it, your booking is not successful) Miki’s Open Kitchen does not accept responsibility for incomplete online bookings.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
You will be asked to please provide details of a valid credit card when booking. This is necessary to protect us from no shows or unexpected changes during this time of uncertainty. Your card will NOT be charged for more than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. A fee of $30 per head applies for cancellation given within less than 24 hours’ notice. A fee of $67 per head applies to last minute cancellations or changes in number of guests (less than 4 hours’ notice) or no shows.
Thank you for your understanding, although we prefer not to take these measures, experience in these matters has increased our need for such policies.

Guests booked in the early seating (e.g. 6.15pm) are given two hours to enjoy the degustation before guests arrive for the next seating. If you prefer to relax and have more time we recommend booking into the late seating (e.g. 8.30pm) if available.

Please provide details in the comments if any of the following applies:
- You require wheelchair access or a highchair for an infant; for safety reasons we cannot allow prams or strollers inside the restaurant. Please include all guests in you booking number, including children of any age. We politely ask that parents order appropriately for each child, you may be asked to order a minimum of 1x kids degustation at $45 for any child that occupies a seat.
- If you have dietary requirements or allergies:
Advance notice is essential for all dietary requirements. Due to the way we create our menu, we can not accomodate for unknown dietaries on the day, personal food preferences will not be taken into account. In some cases a suitable alternative cannot be guaranteed, contact us if you have concerns.
- You have a seating request: seating preferences are granted on a first to book basis, no specific seating will be allocated unless requested at the time of booking.
